Section 46
To Recover Loan
The prescribed committee, organization or authority shall prepare the details of the principal and interest of loans ascertained pursuant to Section 45, oxen and agricultural inputs and recover such loan, out of the same, as considered necessary from the concerned peasants in such manner as prescribed. Provided that, where an action is going on as to the loan with which the creditor and the borrower do not agree, no action shall be taken to recover the amount in dispute pending the final decision thereof.
